The IPSC is International Public Service Commission accompanying Honourable Advisory Committee, Board of Directors, "C" Level Executive Members, Global Members and Facilitators' Panels for PCMO onboard territories. The Board of Directors govern and supervise the organization and its territorial operations relating to Standards and Certifications.

The Project Control Management Organization (PCMO) may enroll you for any specific coaching or training based on provided educational qualification(s), working experience(s) or credit(s) achieved by yourself previously.

Thus the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM) or American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) or PCMO International Public Service Commission (IPSC) grants you their Certification or Credential based on your performance further to the proctored examination. The PCMO is only an autonomous Professional or Management Training & Coaching Provider and Consultant.

The important thing is that you choose education that is going to be meaningful for what you need. The accreditation does not provide automatic acceptance by an institution of credit earned in another institution, nor does it give assurance of acceptance of graduates by employers.

In fact, many of our courses are recognised by different professional bodies (example, please browse our website page AAPM or AAFM to see related accreditation). PCMO is not created by an enactment of Senate or a State Legislature or have not been granted the status of a Deemed-to-be-University; so that PCMO is not entitled to award a degree.

This deemed body of IPSC acts as an accreditation agency for PCMO R & D Institution, and the agency merely includes only Board of Directors and Honourable Advisory Committee Members. The accreditation is an endorsement of PCMO's competence, credibility, independence and intergrity in carring out its conformity assessment activities.
